Nutley Ticket Wins $714,809 Jersey Cash 5 Jackpot

A Jersey Cash 5 ticket sold in Nutley won the $714,809 jackpot in the New Jersey Lottery drawing held September 21, 2026. The jackpot-winning ticket was sold in Essex County, giving the county a top-prize winner in the drawing.

The ticket matched all five main numbers drawn for Jersey Cash 5. The winning numbers were 10, 12, 25, 29 and 43.

The New Jersey Lottery also listed 43 as the Bullseye number for the drawing. The XTRA number was 03.

The winning ticket was sold at M & M Quick Stop, located at 291 Bloomfield Ave. in Nutley. The retailer’s location places the jackpot-winning sale in Essex County, where the winning Jersey Cash 5 ticket was purchased.

M & M Quick Stop will receive a $2,000 retailer bonus connected to the sale of the jackpot-winning ticket. The bonus is separate from the $714,809 prize awarded to the player who matched all five numbers.

The drawing also produced 25 prizes for players who matched four of the five main numbers and the Bullseye. Each of those tickets won $500.

Five of the 25 players who won that prize also used XTRA. Their prizes increased to $1,500 each, making the XTRA-enhanced awards $1,000 higher than the standard $500 prizes in the same matching group.

The winning combination, Bullseye number and XTRA number determined the prize results for the drawing’s other winning tickets. The jackpot winner, however, was the player whose ticket matched all five main numbers.

The jackpot was reset to $150,000 after the September 21 drawing. That reset followed the awarding of the $714,809 top prize.
