Cristien Breton of Salisbury, North Carolina, has won a $100,000 top prize on a Cash Payday scratch-off ticket and plans to use the money to help children in his community.

Breton bought the winning ticket at the Mahaley Avenue Food Lion in Salisbury. The prize was won on August 6, making it his second major lottery win.

After taxes, Breton received $72,018. He previously won a $2 million scratch-off prize in August 2024.

Breton intends to give back to his community with the latest winnings. He plans to support underprivileged children as they prepare to return to school.
