Michigan Lottery launches $1 Daily 5 game with $50,000 top prize
Michigan's new $1 Daily 5 game features five betting formats, twice-daily drawings and a top prize of $50,000 on a Straight bet.
Michigan Lottery has added Daily 5, a new draw game that gives players five-digit selections, multiple ways to wager and two drawings each day. The game launched statewide on August 24, 2026.
Each Daily 5 wager costs $1. Players can choose five digits from 0 through 9 or use Easy Pick to generate a selection. The game offers five bet types: Straight, Box, 2-Way, 1-Off and Wheeled.
The largest possible prize is $50,000 for a Straight bet. The maximum prize is $30,000 for a 2-Way bet and $10,000 for a Box bet. Prize amounts vary according to the bet type selected and the order of the digits drawn.
Daily 5 drawings take place twice a day, seven days a week. The scheduled drawing times are 12:59 p.m. and 7:29 p.m. Eastern Time.
Tickets are sold at Michigan Lottery retailers and online. Approximately 10,500 retailers across the state offer the game, giving players multiple ways to enter.
The Michigan Lottery's latest Michigan Daily 5 results page provides current draw information for the game. Daily 5's launch leaves the new game operating on a regular twice-daily schedule, with the available prize depending on how players structure their wagers and how their selected digits match the drawing.
