By Jeanette DeForge | jdeforge@repub.comSPRINGFIELD — A 30-year-old man accused of stealing lottery tickets from multiple convenience stores here and in Palmer was arrested on 13 outstanding warrants Tuesday.Treanthony Williams, of Springfield, was arrested by a team of law enforcement from the city’s Firearms Investigation Unit, the Massachusetts State Police, Hampden Sheriff’s Department and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force at 7:15 a.m., as he tried to escape from a second-floor bedroom window of a home on Sumner Terrace, said Ryan Walsh, police spokesman.After an investigation into the multiple thefts, Springfield police detectives under the direction of Capt.
