Sheboygan store sells record "Fast Play" lottery ticket

It may not have been the billion dollar lottery winner but a lucky lottery player in Sheboygan won big, winning a record-breaking $583,746 Fast Play Progressive Jackpot on Christmas eve. The winning $10 “50 Times the Money” ticket was purchased at Jake’s Wines and Liquor in Sheboygan. According to the Wisconsin Lottery, that jackpot is the largest since Fast Play’s debut in April of 2023, surpassing the previous record of $403,497, won on July 26 by a ticket sold in Nekoosa. The 1.22 billion dollar mega millions jackpot was won Friday by a single ticket bought in Cottonwood, California. It was the 9th largest lottery jackpot in the US.
