The final Mega Millions drawing of the year sees a jackpot start building again as a ticket in Northern California had the numbers to claim a $1.22 billion prize in Friday's draw.The player holding the ticket sold in Cottonwood, California can lay claim to the fifth largest jackpot in the game's history and the fourth jackpot won this year.
