She came forward to claim her prize on Jan. 8.Galvez chose the cash option and received a one-time payment of $650,000 before taxes. She told the lottery she plans on investing her winnings.Galvez bought her wining ticket in Waltham at Moody Spa, located at 811 Moody St. The shop will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.Mass.
