May 22 -- Some fatherly advice led a Wayne County man to win a $7.1 million Lotto 47 jackpot. The win marked the largest prize ever won on a ticket sold on the Michigan lottery website.Nov. 7 -- An Oakland County man turned a $50 ticket into a $6 million win while playing the Michigan Lottery’s $300,000,000 Extraordinaire instant game. Feb. 1 -- A three-person lottery club from Ottawa County landed a $6 million win while playing the Michigan Lottery’s 500X Money Maker instant game. June 18 -- A few months later a Wayne County man won a $6 million prize playing the Michigan Lottery’s 500X Money Maker instant game. The man said it was just the second ticket he’d bought all year. Sept. 24 -- A Farmington Hills man who plays Mega Millions weekly finally landed a life-changing prize when he won $5 million. Aug. 17 -- A Macomb County man who had only started playing Lotto 47 a year prior, brought home a $4.57 million prize. Jan. 20 -- A day after he bought some tickets at the local Amvets post, a 71-year-old Wexford County man learned he’d won a Lotto 47 prize worth $4.37 million. Jan. 11 -- An Oakland County man had his family on his mind after he won a $4 million prize playing the VIP Millions instant game. May 14 -- Imagine not knowing you have a winning lottery ticket worth $4 million in your home for months. That’s exactly what happened to an Oakland County man who threw some random winners into his drawer, not realizing his Millionaire’s Club instant ticket was a jackpot winner. June 25 -- A stop for gas led a Saginaw County man to a $4 million win after he bought a $4,000,000 Ultimate instant ticket.Aug. 20 -- While she typically plays $1 or $2 tickets, a Jackson County woman took a risk and bought a $10 World Class Millions instant ticket which landed her a $4 million jackpot.
