According to the Iowa Lottery, Brandon Richey won $25,000 in the Lucky for Life drawing with the Iowa Lottery on Monday. The release states that Richey didn’t initially realize that he won the money until he stopped into the Kum and Go in Waukee a week later in mid-December and saw that his numbers matched that of the winning ticket. Iowa Lottery officials state that Richey opted to wait until after the holiday season to claim his prize and is planning on using it to pay off bills and invest in his future.
