BERWICK –– Police are searching for a man who robbed a gas station on West Front Street in Berwick Sunday morning. The Press Enterprise reports that the thief pointed a gun at the clerk and stole over $1,000 worth of lottery tickets. The clerk described the suspect as a white male in his 20s, wearing a green hoodie, black pants, gray shoes, black gloves, and a black mask. Police say the man entered the Sunoco station at West Front Street and Park Boulevard, with what appeared to be a handgun with a laser sight. Officers from Berwick, South Centre Township, and State Police, along with a K-9 unit, searched the area, including nearby Louis Stevens Park.
